A small alleyway leading from the Market Square to Szpitalna Street is where Wegeneracja, a vegan and vegetarian bar, is hidden away. The idea for the venue was born in the heads of Katarzyna and Zbigniew Lindner during their “Vegetarian evenings”.
After three years of organising their little event, the number of participants began to exceed the capacity of the host venue. And so, the decision to open a vegan joint was made.
The menu is very diverse, ranging from main courses such as soups, chops, potatoes, salads, tortillas and burgers to open-faced toasted sandwiches and themed plates, for example Israeli, Turkish or Czech.
We also offer cakes and vegan desserts, gluten or sugar-free. “We can make whatever you wish. We also serve a wide range of craft beer, in addition to wine, coffee from a machine, freshly-squeezed juices, smoothies, shakes and a plethora of other drinks and tea,” says the owner.
All dishes can be ordered to go or delivered to your address.
You can order catering and cakes, organise a birthday party or any other event for up to 25 guests.
Wegeneracja has no fixed menu – new dishes are invented all the time and change often. If you like surprises, be sure to come and visit.
